We are pleased to announce that Mr. Toshio MURAKI was resigned from his position and Mr. Kagehide KAKU was duly appointed as the new auditor of the company at the extraordinary share holders’ meeting held on 27th March 2012.
The former auditor Mr. Toshio MURAKI expressed his resignation since he would be engaged in the new position of the Vice-President of Bank of Saga (a major regional bank in Kyusyu) at the share holders’ meeting held in June 2012.
